the kids waiting for Daddy's train to arrive at Newark station - Yippeeeeee Daddys Home !!!Phil's plane left Singapore an hour and a half late. He finally arrived back in the UK at 6.30am Saturday 26th May.
Why is Heathrow Airport so unorganised? Other airports around the globe seem to be able to cope with a plane load of passengers, but not Heathrow. Customs Hall is always full and takes ages to get through. Then you reach the baggage hall and wait ages for your bags to come round and then you can't get to the belt because silly sods stand so darn close to it and then you say excuse me please and they look at you is if you are from Mars. Then the damn thing breaks down and you have to wait 45 mins to retrieve your own bag which looks like it has been trampled on by a herd of elephants.
London underground - full on a Saturday morning at 8am.
GNER trains - huge ques and then there is only standing space left on the train - and do they offer you discount for that - no!
