The team started off with a photo shoot this morning at 10am. Central News even came along to do a bit of fliming for a programme going out in October sometime.
The Sponsored Cycle Ride starts tonight. They are being given a blessing by the Dean of Westminster at 4.30pm then after the rush hour traffic has gone they will start the first leg of their journey - 18 miles out of London.
The forecast doesn't look too friendly. Lots of wind and Friday is going to be wet.
