The children have called her Wendy (as in Bob the Builder! - again, don't know why!)
Jemima, Ella and Jessie haven't been that friendly towards her, but haven't made that much fuss when they all have to sleep in the same house.
Wendy has escaped several times, jumping 4 foot high fencing, even with clipped wings!
Last Monday morning she decided to leave the garden and walk round the village. I found her at the bottom of the lane at 2pm!
She has made friends with the rabbits and quie often goes in the run with them.
She hasn't tried to escape any more, so guess she likes it here now.
In the last 7 days she has given us 3 eggs - well done Wendy!
The other girls are now laying nicely, so we have to eat a lot of eggs!
The chooks seem very happy about having the run of the garden now and they dont bother the dog and dog leaves them alone.
